Finals Wellness Tip #1: Eat balanced meals and drink plenty of water

  • Wednesday, May 7th on the Academic Walk (in front of the Commuter Lounge)

  • Time: 11:00am-until supplies last

  • Fuel Up for Finals

Finals Wellness Tip #4: Prioritize rest 

Campus Resources

  • Free sleep kits: Sleep kits include a sleep mask, earplugs, sleep tea, and a tips card  

  • Location: Health Promotion office (Granite 159)

  • Available Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm (closed Fridays 10:00-11:30am)

  • Calm app: Sleep stories, sleep music, and sleep meditations
