Finals Wellness Tip #1: Eat balanced meals and drink plenty of water

    • Dates & Locations
      • Tuesday, April 30th on Scholars Lane (in front of the Library)
      • Wednesday, May 1st on the Academic Walk (in front of the Commuter Lounge)
    • Time: 11:00am-1:00pm or until supplies last
  • Fuel Up for Finals - with a FREE breakfast burrito!
    • Dates: Monday, May 6th and Tuesday May 7th
    • Location: Basic Needs Center - Terrace Center 106
    • Time: 10:00am-12:00pm or until supplies last

    • Tuesday, April 30th from 12:00-3:00 in KL 360 
    • Wednesday, May 1st from 2:00-5:00pm in KL 397 
    • Thursday, May 2nd from 5:30-7:30pm in KL 360 
  • Rufus Relax and Recharge 
    • Friday, May 3rd from 12:00-3:00pm on the Pavilion Lawn

    • Wednesday, May 1st: 2:00-5:00pm in KL 397 (*30-minute guided meditations at 2:00pm and 3:00pm)

  • Calm app: Try the College Collection series 
  • Soluna app: Interactive tools to destress

Finals Wellness Tip #4: Prioritize rest 

Campus Resources 

  • Free sleep kits: Sleep kits include a sleep mask, earplugs, sleep tea, and a tips card  
    • Location: Health Promotion office (Granite 159)
    • Available Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm (closed Fridays 10:00-11:30am)
  • Calm app: Sleep stories, sleep music, and sleep meditations 

Finals Wellness Tip #5: Seek academic and emotional support

  • Counseling & Psychological Services groups (until May 3rd) 
    • First Gen Roots: Mondays from 3:30-4:30  
    • Social Gaming: Tuesdays from 1:00-2:30  
    • Building Resiliency: Thursdays from 9:00-10:00 
    • All groups are located in Counseling & Psychological Services (2nd floor of the Health & Athletic Center) 
  • Soluna app: Coaching, community forums
