Wellness Supplies
The Health Promotion Office has several wellness supplies, including condoms, dental dams, lubricant, menstrual products, sleep masks, bedtime tea & earplugs. Students can come to the office to get up to 5 free supplies each day. CatCard or ID number required at the time of visit.
Wellness Kits
Sleep Kit
Includes a sleep mask, earplugs, tea, and a sleep tip educational card.

Safer Party Kit
Includes a party host checklist, overdose prevention flyer, fridge magnet, door hangers, condoms, and a postcard.
Overdose Prevention Kit
Contains two Narcan doses, fentanyl test strips, and instructions on how to use them safely.
Quit Kit
Quit tobacco and cannabis resources, a Health Promotion postcard, and a variety of fidgets and gum/lollipops to help manage cravings.
RA Kit
Includes condoms, lubricant, usage instructions, and a Health Promotion postcard.
Safer Sex Kit
Includes condoms, lubricant, and a safer sex educational flyer.
